SUPPORT.INDEPENDENT.CREATIVITY

As vintage aficionados, we love giving new life to things from the past. We adore revamping vintage clothing and creating clothing and accessories. We create vintage-inspired handmade headbands in a variety of styles.

Here’s the thing… I totally adore seeing the spaces where artists create. So, over the next couple of weeks/months, I will be posting images of some of the spaces where Textures artists get their creative on. Hold on to your hats, cause this is gonna be a lot of fun…

So, here’s the deal-
We are teaming up with our great pals at Lucy & Leo’s Cupcakery to offer you guys an amazing Easter Basket deal. We will be selling baskets filled to the brim with 4 delicious cupcakes {2 Carrot/2 Red Velvet}, an Owl Pillow, and Easter eggs full of Easter candy. How precious is that?! All for only $30!

What is Knitta?
Started in 2005, Knitta is a group of ladies of all ages, nationalities, and… gender who started “bombing” the inner city with vibrant, stitched works of art, wrapped around everything from beer bottles on easy nights to public monuments and utility poles on more ambitious outings.
What an amazing insperation these guys are. Check out their website to find out more information.

I was looking through one of my all time favorite magazinse SELVEDGE, and I came upon these fantastic little flag garlands made in the UK by artist Sophie Cuvelier. She makes them out of hand dyed paper. The colors are just so bright and happy. They bring a smile to my face.
I love it when designers reveal their new collections. Here’s a little taste of pure Yummy….
